While on our website you can make an electronic check payment or a credit/debit card payment. It's convenient and available 24 hours a day. Bank Bill Pay
Many banks now offer a Bank Bill Pay option to their Customers/Members. Bank Bill Pay is pretty simple, you direct your bank to make a payment on your behalf and instead of writing out a paper check, your bank does it for you - including the postage. This can be a very convenient option for many MU Customers. Please call your financial institution to inquire what service they have available to you. Marshfield Utilities is happy to process a bank bill pay payment and there is no fee applied by MU. Please allow for additional processing time.
Marshfield Utilities has two drop boxes available for your use. Please use checks or money orders only and please use the return envelope you received with your bill. No postage is necessary and these drop boxes are emptied once on every normal business day. One drop box is located on the main level of Marshfield City Hall. The second is conveniently located for drive up Customers in our own Marshfield Utilities Main Office parking lot.
Some Customers prefer to make their payment by mail. MU does include a return envelope for this purpose. Please consider saving the stamp and exploring one of the other payment options listed above.
Marshfield Utilities always welcomes a personal visit from our Customers. We maintain a Receptionist/Cashier during our normal business hours whenever possible. The Cashier can take a cash, check or credit/debit card payment. We ask our Customers to avoid this option during the Winter and times of inclement weather. We care about you.
