Municipally-owned Marshfield Utilities is seeking a highly qualified individual to perform a variety of technical support functions within the Electric Utility related to development, implementation, integration, and automation of technology systems used by the Electric Department.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Electric Utility operations; including but not limited to advanced metering infrastructure, communications equipment and protocols, workstation support, programming and scripting, remote site sensors and metering, firm understanding of components of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and Customer Information System support (CIS). Relevant experience in control systems design, implementation, and operations is also highly desirable.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience – 5+ years experience preferred, new college graduates will be considered.
