MarshfieldUtilities, per PSC 113.0408(1)(2), requires a written or electronically stored application for service. These applications are easily completed here, but paper copies are available at our Business Office. Verbal requests cannot be processed.
A deposit may be required to start new service. New residential customers will have a deposit added if there is an unpaid balance with another Wisconsin electric utility within the past six years. New commercial customers usually require a deposit that is calculated based on the two highest consecutive months within the last 12 months for the property.
